Ingredients of masala kesar chai for 1 cup:-


  • Crushed Ginger
  • 1 pinch of saffron (kesar) 
  • 1 pinch of cardamom powder
  • 1 tbsp of tea leaves
  • 1cup of milk
  • Suger according to taste.

How to make masala kesar chai (spices saffron tea) :-


Step. 1

Take a tea pan, add 1/2half cup of water and bring water to a boil on median flame up to 3 to 4 min. 

Step. 2

When water is boiled, add 1tbsp of tea leaves, crushed Ginger, cardamom powder, saffron, sugar as per taste, lastly add 1cup of milk in it and boiling on median to low flame for 10min Until the aroma of spices comes out of the mixture

Step. 3

Once aroma of the spices comes out of mixture, swith off the flame and Sieve the tea in a cup.
And sprinkle saffron over it according to your choice. 


Serving suggestions:-


You can serve them with Biscuits, Namkeen and any kinds of pakode. It is very beneficial at the time of rain and it is very good for the body.

Drinking this tea does not cause cold and our body remains perfect.  We have no problem.  This is a very beneficial tea.

This tea has spices, so this tea is very hot in summer we should drink it once and in winter we should drink it twice.
