Instant Rabdi Jalebi Recipe-No Food Colour No Curd No Yeast Make Crispy Crunchy Rabdi Jalebi

Whenever there is talk of eating sweet and if the name of Jalebi does not come, then think of having eaten nothing.besically jalebi is India's national sweet and speak" SYRUP FIELD RINGS" and the name of jalebi also comes in Kahabat "crooked like Jalebi" (JALEBI JAISA TEDA).I remember many stories of my childhood from Jalebi.

When my father used to bring Jalebi in my childhood, my sister "MOLLY" and I had a fight with each other.There was a fight to get more jalebi and I would always win.I used to eat my share and stole my sister's share and than eat. M sorry molly i have troubled you when I was a child.By the way Jalebi can eat and purchase at any time but traditionally.

In Uttar pradesh (U.P) have a tendency to buy Jalebi on the day of Dussehra. When Ravana is burnt at the time of evening, then all people give Jalebi as gifts in each other's house.Besically There are two types of jalebi, first is simple jalebi and second are "IMARATI".Imarati is look like a Jalebi  but its size is bigger than Jalebi.

It is thick and has very round rings.you can eat jalebi as a morning breakfast. Whenever the guests comes to our house and we always serve jalebi  and kachodi for them as a starters and breakfast too. To identify the real taste of jalebi, is eat hot. It's too much crunchy which want to eat more and more. By the way we can eat jalebi with any types of things like luke warm milk, cold curd and child Delicious Rabdi. But eating with rabdi is the best combination.

Uff i have A lot of talk now comes to the recipe which am I going to share with you. Besically We make the Jalebi by turning round the hand but today I have made it with a secret trick  which would be very useful for a beginner who want to make jalebi at home perfectly. It's little bit consuming time recipe but trust me if you will made it as I did. Your jalebi's shapes would be very nice so let's get started.

INGREDIENTS OF INSTANT JALEBI RECIPE:-


  • All purpose flour- 1 big bowl
  • Baking soda- 1tbsp
  • Clarified butter- 2tbsp
  • Normal water- 1glass

INGREDIENTS OF INSTANT RABDI RECIPE:-


  • Full fat milk- 1 glass
  • Fresh cream- 1/2 bowl
  • Cardamom powder- 1pinch
  • Mawa - 1bowl
  • Sugar - 1/2 bowl

INGREDIENTS OF SUGAR SYRUP FOR CRUNCHY JALEBI:-


  • Water - 2glass
  • Sugar - 1 big bowl


HOW TO MAKE INSTANT RABDI EASILY AT HOME:-

STEP. 1

First of all you need to make rabdi for jalebi if you want to eat it with jalebi so take 1 glass of full fat milk to a pan and switch on the flame, after that you have to add 1/2 bowl of fresh cream here I have used homemade cream and you can use which you have already, add 1pinch of cardamom powder, add 1bowl of mawa. Friends this is completely optional and than add 1/2 bowl of sugar to it.

STEP. 2

Once all ingredients are added to the milk.stirr it continually on low to mediam flame till forms it  in to thick consistency as per required.

STEP. 3

When mixture becomes thick swith off the flame and keep it cool down.

HOW TO MAKE SUGAR SYRUP FOR JALEBI:-


STEP. 1

Take a pan, add 2glass of water to the pan, add 1big  bow of sugar and stirr it vigorously, making sure there are no any sugar crystal. And simmer the syrup until it attains 2 strrings consistency.

HOW TO MAKE CRUNCHY JALEBI :-


STEP.1

Take a big pan to make batter for jalebi. Add 1 bowl of fine flour, add 1tbsp of baking soda, add 1/2 of bowl of clarified butter(Ghee). Mix them with the help of hand.

STEP. 2

Once all dry ingredients are mixed well. Add some water little by little and make a thick smooth batter by mixing.

STEP.3

Beat the batter well with hands or whisk too for 4 to 6 min in circular motion and add water as per required than batter will turn in to smooth.

STEP.4

You may get thick batter  in ribbon consistency but you need add some water to make it thin as you want

STEP.5

Heat the oil for frying. When the oil is get heated up. Pour some jalebi batter to the cone if you don't have sauce bottle and cotton clothes and pierce the small hole in it.

STEP.6

When you have pierced the hole than squeeze the cone in circular motion to make jalebi perfect on low a low flame.

NOTE. 👉

If the shape of your jalebi is not good, then you take the ladder and make the shape of the jalebi on that and put that ladder in ghee for frying. Once jalebi become golden, remove the Jalebi from ladder with the help of fork.

STEP. 7

Fry the jalebi till it becomes crispy and golden. And soak the Jalebi for 2 or 3 min in sugar syrup and than serve with Rabdi to your guests and kids.

NOTE. 👉

Shrunk Jalebi:- Over fried and fried on low flame.

Flat Jalebi:- Oil not hot enough.

Thin & Flat Jalebi:- Too much flowing batter

Thick or soft Jalebi:- too much thick Batter.
