Typically paan ice cream is made with some ingredients like betel leaves, gulkand, fennel powder and homemade fresh cream. u must would paan but have you ever tried paan ice cream. I have not also tried it so i thought why should I not prepared this paan ice cream at home, When this paan ice cream was made and I had eaten paan ice cream, believe me friends, this paan ice cream is more tastier than paan and it is prepared without condensed milk.

INGREDIENTS TO BE REQUIRED:-


  • MILK- 1glass
  • SUGAR- as per taste
  • ALL PURPOSE FLOUR-1tbsp
  • FRESH CREAM-1bowl


FOR THE PAAN FLAVOURING:-


  • BETEL LEAVES(PAAN)
  • FENNEL POWDER
  • ROSE JAM(GULKAND)


HOW TO MAKE PAAN ICE CREAM:-


STEP.1
Take a heavy bottom pan, add 1 glass of milk, add 1 tbsp of all purpose flour to the pan and mix it well.

STEP.2
Place the pan over a medium to low flame and bring it boil, once done add sugar as per taste and simmer it until it turns thick consistency as per required

STEP.3
Once it done, turn of the flame and keep it aside to cool down,

STEP.4
Take a blender jar, add betel leaves (paan patti), add 1 tbsp of fennel powder, 2tbsp of rose jam(gulkand), add 1 bowl of fresh cream. Blend it to make paste

STEP.5
Mix the paan mixture with milk mixture and keep it in the refrigerator for about 5 to 6 hours or over a night.

Paan ice cream is ready to eat, serve it to your guest and kids, they would love to eat.
