Instant chocolate modak | Modak without mould step by step with video.

Before saying anything, I want to wish you a happy ganesh chaturthi, as we all know that on this special occasion of Ganesh chaturthi, we worship the Ganesha and we distribute prasaad as a modak, so here I made instant chocolate modak with few ingredients, I am prepared instant chocolate modak by biscuits and chocolate. It's completely simple and easy modak recipe and in my video everything is explained step by step with easy method. 

INGREDIENTS OF MAKING INSTANT CHOCOLATE MODAK WITHOUT USING GAS, MOULD:-

• Dark Chocolate
• Biscuits
• Cocoa powder - 1 tbsp
• Fresh cream - 2tbsp
• Powdered sugar
• Vanilla essence

STEP.1
First take a jar, add crushed biscuits, add 1 tbsp of cocoa powder, add 2 tbsp of fresh cream, add few dropes of vanilla essence, cover it with the lid and make a paste

STEP.2
Now biscuits mixture is ready, transfer it to the plate from the jar and add powdered sugar as per need, add grated chocolate to the mixture and them mix it gently so that there are no lumps

HOW TO GIVE A GOOD SHAPE OF MODAK WITHOUT MOULD:-

STEP.1
Take a some portion of the mixture  on the palm and make a boll

STEP.2
After making the balls, spread it on your hands like a puri.

STEP.3
Fill the dry fruits (fine chopped) on the centre of puripuri, simmer it from all the side and give a good shape of modak.

You can use fork for the lines on modak.
